4. Texts, images and logos
The texts, photos, videos, maps and logos on the site belong to VNCT or to their authors, who have authorised VNCT to use them — members, partners, photographers. You may quote short extracts, provided you clearly state the source and link back to the original page. For any wider reuse — reproducing an article, printing photos, commercial use — please request permission in advance from [email protected].
Some photos come from Wikimedia Commons, under the licence chosen by each author; news photos taken from the press retain the newspaper’s source credit. If you are the author of a photo published on the site and would like your name to be credited or the photo to be removed, please let us know.
5. Information published on the site
VNCT strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but weather, prices, opening hours and formalities such as visas may change: check them with the official bodies before you leave.
VNCT does not sell trips and does not take any bookings. The businesses in the Directory and the members are solely responsible for their services; VNCT is not a party to any contract concluded between you and a business.

The site contains links to the websites of members, partners, media and public bodies. VNCT does not manage these sites and accepts no responsibility for their content.

8. Applicable law
The site and this page are governed by French law. The site is available in six languages; in the event of any discrepancy in interpretation between the translations, the French version shall prevail.
